Failing a drug test at meps

As the title says, I failed the drug test at MEPS. I was wondering if there is a possibility that I could join a different branch of service after this disqualification. I enlisted in the Army Reserves and swore in already. Thank you for your help. you are permanently disqualified from every branch of service as of now.
